Since 2008 the SSM organizes an Annual Meeting in May in conjunction with the Annual Convention of the Association for Psychological Science (APS). Further, SSM regularly organizes a Motivation Pre-Conference in conjunction with the Annual Convention of the The Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP).
